Asosiy xususiyatlar
ZWZ standart mahsulot qatoriga quyidagilar kiradi:
1. NN tipidagi podshipniklar
NN-tipli ikki qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar ichki halqalari qovurg'ali va tashqi halqalari qovurg'ali. Ularning tashqi halqalari va ichki agregatlari mil yoki korpusning eksenel siljishini cheklamasdan alohida o'rnatilishi mumkin. Ushbu rulmanlar eksenel yuklarga bardosh bera olmaydi.
Xuddi shu radial o'lchamdagi bir qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar bilan solishtirganda-, ular kattaroq radial yuklarni ko'tarishi mumkin. Ular ixcham dizayn va yuk ostida kichik burilish xususiyatiga ega, bu ularni, ayniqsa, dastgoh mili tayanchlari uchun mos keladi.
2. NNU tipidagi podshipniklar
NNU-tipli ikki qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar qovurg'ali tashqi halqalar va qovurg'ali ichki halqalar bilan jihozlangan. Ular ikkita teshikli dizaynda mavjud: silindrsimon teshik va konusli teshik (K qo'shimchasi bilan belgilangan).
Ushbu podshipniklar mil yoki korpusning eksenel siljishiga hech qanday cheklovlar qo'ymaydi va eksenel yuklarni ushlab turishga qodir emas. Bir xil radial o'lchamdagi bir-qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar bilan solishtirganda, NNU rulmanlari sezilarli darajada yuqori radial yuklarga bardosh bera oladi.

3. NNCF tipidagi podshipniklar
NNCF-tipli ikki qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar ichki halqada uchta qovurg'a va tashqi halqada bitta qovurg'a bilan ishlab chiqilgan bo'lib, ular bir yo'nalishda eksenel joylashishni ta'minlaydi.
Tashqi halqaning -yivsiz tomonida podshipnikni ajralmas birlik sifatida yig‘ish uchun ushlab turuvchi halqa o‘rnatilgan.
4. NNCL tipidagi podshipniklar
NNCL tipidagi ikki qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar ichki halqada uchta qovurg'a va qovurg'asiz tashqi halqaga ega.
Ular har ikki tomonda ajralmaydigan rulman birligini tashkil etuvchi uzuklar bilan jihozlangan.
5. NNCS tipidagi podshipniklar
NNCS tipidagi ikki qatorli silindrsimon rulmanlar ichki halqada uchta qovurg'a va qovurg'asiz tashqi halqaga ega.
Markaziy qulflash halqasi tashqi halqaning o'rtasiga o'rnatilgan bo'lib, ajratilmaydigan podshipnikni hosil qiladi.
Ular mil va korpus o'rtasida ma'lum miqdorda eksenel siljish imkonini beradi, bu esa ularni erkin{0}}so'nggi podshipnik sifatida foydalanishga yaroqli qiladi.
Xususiyatlari va afzalliklari
1. Yuqori yuk hajmi va mustahkamlangan barqarorlik
Ikki qatorli dizayn radial yuk ko‘tarish qobiliyatini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi, shu bilan birga og‘ir ish sharoitlarida mukammal ish barqarorligini saqlaydi.
2. Nozik ilovalar uchun yuqori qattiqlik
Mustahkam ichki tuzilma yuqori qattiqlikni ta'minlaydi, bu esa uni dastgoh shpindellari kabi yuqori-aniqlikdagi uskunalar uchun ideal qiladi.
3. Kam ishqalanish va yuqori{1}}Tezlik
Poyga yo‘lakchasi kontaktiga-optimallashtirilgan-rolik ishqalanishni kamaytiradi, bu esa yuqori tezlik va samaradorlikni oshirish imkonini beradi.
4. Kengaytirilgan xizmat muddati
Hatto yuk taqsimoti eskirish va charchoqni kamaytiradi, natijada xizmat muddati uzaytiriladi va texnik xizmat ko'rsatish xarajatlari kamayadi.
5. Oson o'rnatish uchun ajratiladigan tuzilma
Ichki va tashqi halqalarni alohida o'rnatish, o'rnatish, tekshirish va almashtirishni soddalashtirish mumkin.
6. Yuqori aniqlik baholari mavjud
Sanoat talablarini qondirish uchun P5 va P4 kabi aniqlik sinflarida mavjud.
7. Qattiq sharoitlarga kuchli moslashish
Og'ir yuklar, zarba yuklari va turli xil ish sharoitlarida ishonchli ishlaydi.
Ilova maydonlari
Ikki qatorli silindrli rulmanlar yuqori radial yuk hajmi, yuqori qattiqlik va yuqori ishonchlilikni talab qiladigan turli sanoat sohalarida keng qo'llaniladi. Odatdagi ilovalarga quyidagilar kiradi: vites qutilari, motorlar, shamol turbinalari, qurilish mashinalari, nasoslar va kompressorlar, materiallarga ishlov berish uskunalari, to'qimachilik mashinalari, temir yo'l transporti vositalari, metallurgiya uskunalari, dastgohlar shpindellari, prokat tegirmonlari, tog'-kon mashinalari, qog'oz tegirmonlari, dengiz harakatlantiruvchi tizimlari va Ep.
